Training Session Application

I have decided to make some training sessions for the player who needs help in training there weaknesses and for me to teach them everything i know from tactics to all sorts of bugs which will help you fighting.
The only players which will be allowed to have these training sessions are members of HSM or good friends of HSM.

Fill in the form, post it here, and i will try and arrange a training session with you, i will be issueing around 3 training sessions to each player who sends in a form, if you need a little extra help i will boost it up to 4 or 5 sessions.
I will train you mostly on michelles training server (85.17.200.135:9800) or another.
